All gatherings include tables, chairs and linens (white or black) for up to 80 guests. Arrangements can be made to rent additional tables and chairs.
Coffee, Tea, Lemonade and Water included for the first 3 gallon of each. $10 for each additional 3 gal.
Table Service is $2 per person (plates, silverware, glassware) and staff to clear.
Access to the space to decorate: 10 AM the day of the event and must be cleaned up by Noon the following day. (There may be exceptions during busy times)
Booking Fee or Rental Deposit: 50% and a card on file up front to hold the room.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a scheduled booking up to 60 days before the booking date to receive a full refund of all applicable booking fees. If you cancel a scheduled booking between 30 days and 60 days before the booking date, you will receive a refund of 50% of all applicable booking fees. Cancellations anytime within 30 days of the booking date, no refunds.
